Most women with whom I work care deeply about Scripture and about their obedience to God's Word. Because so many women do take the Scriptures seriously, it is refreshing to have the TNIV in hand, removing some misleading gendered translations of biblical texts governing our service to Jesus Christ. I will use the TNIV in my teaching and writing because it more accurately reflects the original texts in dynamic equivalence.
